C&C Search is recruiting an Executive Assistant for a highly regarded private equity firm operating in a friendly, focused and high-performance environment. Based in Central London offices, this is an excellent opportunity to join a professional, well-run business in a traditional EA and office support role. Offering hybrid working and highly desirable hours of 9 - 5 (flexibility required especially with occasional late meetings or urgent work!), this position will suit an experienced EA who enjoys classic duties in a heads-down environment and providing reliable, day-to-day support to senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities for this Executive Assistant position:
- Provide high-quality, confidential support to senior executives, including diary management, travel coordination and meeting organisation (no inbox)
- Act as a dependable point of contact, ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative support
- Work closely with another senior EA to ensure seamless cover and continuity
- Organise internal and external events and meetings as required
- Support onboarding processes and general office coordination
- Assist with day-to-day office management, ensuring the office runs efficiently and professionally, looks tidy and there are enough supplies etc.
- Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks and scope to take on more
