C&C Search is currently recruiting an Executive Assistant for a prestigious global private equity firm based in Mayfair. This Executive Assistant opportunity offers the chance to support senior investment professionals within a highly respected, fast‑paced private equity environment. This is a 12‑month FTC with potential for extension, working alongside an established team of Executive Assistants in a collaborative and high‑performing office.

Key responsibilities for this Executive Assistant position
- Extensive diary management for senior investment professionals, coordinating complex and ever‑changing schedules
- Organising international and domestic travel, accommodation, meetings, board schedules and logistical arrangements
- Managing expenses, maintaining contact databases, coordinating calls and providing seamless day‑to‑day Executive Assistant support
- Supporting board and portfolio company administration, including preparation and distribution of documentation
- Producing, collating, printing, binding, scanning and filing confidential information and correspondence
- Building strong relationships across the business and acting as a trusted Executive Assistant partner to senior stakeholders
- Providing collaborative support and cover for fellow Executive Assistants, Reception and Office Management when required
