You will operate as a true right hand – helping drive priorities, optimise time, and keep pace in a high‑energy, ideas‑driven environment where no two days look the same.
The Role
- Acting as an extension of a senior leader – managing diary, inbox and shifting priorities with precision
- Owning time strategy, ensuring focus is aligned to high‑impact work
- Driving projects forward proactively, not just coordinating
- Acting as a central connector across teams, ensuring clarity and momentum
- Supporting high‑profile events, travel and external engagements
- Operating with autonomy, judgement and pace in a dynamic setting

Background
- Experience within tech, media, creative, PR, talent, or high‑growth environments
- Could suit a high‑potential EA early in their career or a more experienced Business Partner
