C&C Search is currently recruiting an EA / Office Manager to CEO for an exciting, fast‑growing hospitality and events business based on Victoria Embankment, offering hybrid working, excellent exposure to leadership and a genuinely warm, people‑focused culture.
Position: EA / Office Manager to CEO, acting as the right hand to the CEO and supporting the wider business with office management and operations.
Hybrid set up: Hybrid working, typically 3 days in the office and 2 from home, with flexibility required around events.

Key responsibilities for this position:
- Providing high‑level executive support to the CEO, acting as a trusted right hand and gatekeeper.
- Managing priorities, inbox and communications in a fast‑paced hospitality and events environment.
- Supporting the CEO across multiple areas of the business with a proactive and solutions‑focused approach.
- Running the day‑to‑day office function.
- Managing suppliers, office coordination and ordering of office supplies.
- Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Coordinating internal communications and supporting team organisation.
- Working closely with the events team to support event organization when required.
- Bringing structure, systems and operational efficiency to a growing business.
- Being a visible, professional and approachable presence in a client‑facing environment.
