C&C Search is currently recruiting a highly organised and proactive Junior Operations Associate to support a fast‑paced private family office. This role would suit someone with strong administrative and operational support experience, ideally from a PA, house management, operations or yachting background, who thrives on variety and takes pride in delivering work to a high standard.

Hybrid set up: Fully office based

Key responsibilities for this position:

  • As a Junior Ops Associate, you will play a key role in keeping day‑to‑day operations running smoothly, supporting multiple workstreams and acting as a reliable point of coordination across suppliers, contractors and internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate property maintenance, including site visits, quotes and contractor liaison.
  • Source, contact and compare suppliers and vendors, presenting clear summaries.
  • Support travel logistics by requesting options and producing clear itineraries.
  • Conduct research into suppliers, products and services with recommendations.
  • Build and maintain Excel trackers for properties, costs, staffing and schedules.
  • Track projects, events and operational timelines, flagging delays and actions.
  • Prepare presentations and documents to a high professional standard.
  • Provide administrative support including diary management, scheduling and rotas.

What background and experience are the company looking for?

  • Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel (intermediate to advanced), Word and PowerPoint.
  • Confident, professional communicator with strong common sense.
  • Proactive, can‑do attitude and comfortable working independently.

  • Discreet, trustworthy and comfortable operating in a private client environment.
