We are partnering with a fast-growing PE Backed Financial services business to appoint an HR & Operations Manager into a newly created role. This opportunity would suit an experienced HR Generalist with strong operational capability who enjoys working in a lean, high-performance environment and taking ownership across both people and business operations. This is a broad, hands-on role where you will build and run core HR processes while also supporting operational effectiveness across the business.
The Role
- Managing the full employee lifecycle, from hiring and onboarding through to performance management and exits
- Developing and embedding HR policies, processes, and best practice
- Acting as the first point of contact for HR queries and employee relations matters
- Supporting workforce planning, organisational design, and role clarity
- Partnering with leadership on performance, engagement, and retention initiatives
- Overseeing day-to-day business operations to ensure the smooth running of the organisation
- Improving processes, systems, and ways of working across the business
- Supporting senior leaders with operational planning and execution
- Managing external suppliers and professional advisors where relevant
The Profile
Have experience in an HR Manager, HR & Operations Manager, or senior HR generalist role in a similar environment. Alternative Investments, Asset Management, Investment Banking, Private Equity or Venture Capital.
