About the Role
As the Group Human Resources Manager, you'll be the driving force behind a range of people initiatives — from talent development and performance to wellbeing and culture. Reporting into Group HR, you'll work closely with leaders and teams across both creative and operational functions, supporting business needs while championing a people-first approach. This is not your average 9–5 role. You'll need to bring energy, flexibility, and commitment, but in return, you'll join a business that values innovation, inclusivity, and continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities
- HR Operations
- Provide day-to-day HR support across offices and operations
- Maintain compliant and people-aligned HR policies and procedures
- Support the roll-out of an automated HR dashboard and drive data-informed HR decisions
- Advise on employee relations matters and support a positive working environment
- Employee Engagement & Culture
- Design and implement creative engagement initiatives with the Group HR lead
- Champion diversity, wellbeing, and internal communications to keep teams connected and inspired
- Build an inclusive culture that celebrates collaboration and creativity
- Learning & Development
- Lead performance management processes and 360 reviews
- Design and deliver tailored training and development plans
- Organise monthly "Feed Your Mind" sessions to foster learning and spark innovation
- Coach managers to build empowered, high-performing teams
- Compensation & Benefits
- Conduct salary benchmarking and annual reviews
- Research and implement competitive and cost-effective benefits offerings
- Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes and support hiring managers
- Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience
- Contracting & Onboarding
- Draft and manage contracts, amendments, and documentation
- Lead onboarding meetings to ensure new starters are set up for success from day one
About You
- CIPD qualified (or equivalent experience)
- Strong working knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on, adaptable, and resilient — ready to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in
- A champion of culture with a genuine passion for people
- Experience in a fast-paced, creative, or multi-industry environment a plus
- Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office suite
