Key duties:
- Full responsibility for the full spectrum of HR
- Driving performance management, frameworks, and policies
- Lead on complex ER cases, grievances, and conflict resolution
- Design and deliver robust performance management systems and support line managers with appraisals and development planning
- Champion employee engagement, inclusion, and culture initiatives to attract and retain top talent
- Ensure legal compliance and up-to-date HR policies aligned with UK employment law and health & safety regulations
- Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes
- Advise the leadership team with data-driven HR insights and workforce planning strategies
What is the company looking for?
- 5+ years’ experience in a Senior HR Role, ideally in a high-growth or startup environment
- Proven expertise in employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance
- Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and H&S practices
- CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience
- Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the natural ability to influence and build trust
