The Role
We are seeking an Interim HR Manager to provide hands-on, high-quality HR support during a period of transition. This is a broad generalist role, ideal for an HR professional who is calm under pressure, highly organised, and comfortable working with senior stakeholders in a discreet and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth and effective service delivery.
- Manage the employee lifecycle: onboarding, contracts, policies, employee relations, and offboarding in Dubai and London.
- Provide advice on HR policies, employment law, and best practice.
- Support line managers with ER matters, performance management, and employee wellbeing.
- Lead on annual HR processes such as appraisals, reviews, and compensation cycles.
- Ensure compliance with UK employment legislation and company standards.
- Deliver pragmatic HR solutions in line with business needs.
About You
- Proven experience as an HR Manager (ideally within financial services, professional services, or a similarly professional environment).
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
- Exceptional discretion, integrity, and ability to handle sensitive matters.
- Hands-on, approachable, and confident in managing both strategic and operational HR.
- Calm, professional, and adaptable – able to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment.
