What would I be doing day to day?
- Producing employee documentation, including contracts and contractual changes.
- Managing the HR enquiries inbox and responding within SLAs.
- Supporting UK and overseas payroll administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinating the onboarding process, including background checks and first-day inductions.
- Managing probationary periods, fixed-term contracts, and contingent worker processes.
- Handling employee lifecycle processes, including leavers, reference requests, and benefits administration.
- Supporting HR projects, including process improvements and digital transformation.
- Assisting with maternity, paternity, and shared parental leave queries.
- Ensuring compliance with FCA Conduct Rules by maintaining high levels of integrity and professionalism.
