The Role:

Job Title: HR Advisor

Location: London – Hybrid working

What would I be doing day to day?

Providing day-to-day HR guidance to managers and employees on policies, procedures, and best practice, ensuring alignment with employment law and internal standards
Manage complex employee relations cases
Maintain and update the HR policies and procedures in line with legal and regulatory changes
Support the annual performance review and objective-setting process
Assist with talent management and succession planning activities
Partner with hiring managers on recruitment needs, including job specs, interview processes, and onboarding planning
Lead on HR initiatives including DE&I, employee engagement, policy rollouts, and organisational change programs
Support the annual compensation cycle and benefits administration
Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating learning initiatives across teams

What is the company looking for?

3- 5 years’ experience in similar role or HR Generalist position, ideally within the financial and/or professional services industry
Prior experience managing ER cases with demonstratable understanding of the UK employment law
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trusted and reliable relationships at all levels
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to handle sensitive issues discreetly
Experience in fast-paced, regulated environment is advantageous
