The Role:

Job Title: Head of HR

Salary: £80,000 – £100,000

Location : London

What would I be doing day to day?

Key duties:

  • Manage the direction of the overall HR operations and working closely with the CFO to drive the People agenda globally
  • Line manage a small HR team based in London
  • Work with the Recruitment Manager to implement Recruitment strategy, aligning with business objectives
  • Identify training needs and develop training programmes, managing relationships with external facilitators
  • Advise and guide on HR best practice on all Employee Relations matters
  • Be a champion for Company Values and Employee Engagement

    • What is the company looking for?

  • 5-10 years\’ HR experience in a start up / scale up organisation
  • Ownership of HR operations
  • Demonstrable experience supporting US markets / client groups is highly desirable
  • Forward-thinking, dynamic and analytically minded approach.
