A rare opportunity to support a senior leader at the forefront of a fast‑scaling tech, media and creative business shaping the future of their industry. This is not a traditional EA role. You will operate as a true right hand – helping drive priorities, optimise time, and keep pace in a high‑energy, ideas‑driven environment where no two days look the same.

The Role

  • Acting as an extension of a senior leader – managing diary, inbox and shifting priorities with precision
  • Owning time strategy, ensuring focus is aligned to high‑impact work
  • Driving projects forward proactively, not just coordinating
  • Acting as a central connector across teams, ensuring clarity and momentum
  • Supporting high‑profile events, travel and external engagements
  • Operating with autonomy, judgement and pace in a dynamic setting
