C&C Search is recruiting an Executive Assistant and Office Manager in Oxford to support senior leadership in a fast-paced, innovative financial services environment.

Position: Executive Assistant and Office Manager supporting Ex Co level stakeholders while overseeing the smooth running of the Oxford office.

Hybrid set up: Predominantly office based.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level Executive Assistant support to Ex Co including diary management, inbox management and meeting coordination.
  • Prepare agendas, take minutes and track follow‑up actions to ensure strong governance.
  • Act as a central point of coordination for projects and priorities.
  • Manage the day‑to‑day operations of the Oxford office including facilities, suppliers and contractors.
  • Organise company events, team activities and internal meetings.
  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors and maintain a professional office environment.
  • Oversee the general organisation and smooth running of the office.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant and Office Manager or in a similar role supporting senior stakeholders.
  • Strong experience in diary management, meeting coordination and minute taking.
  • Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive and solutions‑focused approach with the ability to prioritise effectively.
  • Confident in using MS Office and administrative systems.
