Position: Digital Performance Executive

Set-Up: Hybrid, Office-based, 5 days per week (Central London)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery and optimisation of paid media campaigns across PPC, paid social, programmatic, and retargeting.
  • Liaise with agencies on campaign setup, creative trafficking, and performance optimisation.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily to ensure budgets and KPIs are met.
  • Assist with creative QA, tracking implementation, and landing page testing.
  • Support weekly and monthly reporting using GA4, Looker Studio, and platform dashboards.
  • Extract actionable insights to guide creative testing and budget allocation.
  • Collaborate on SEO and CRO projects including content audits and keyword research.
  • Partner with internal teams across Brand, Content, and Revenue to align digital strategy with commercial goals.
  • Bring forward new ideas for targeting, ad formats, and performance innovation.

What Background and Experience Are They Looking For?

  • Experience in digital marketing or media (in-house or agency), ideally with hospitality exposure.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Looker Studio.
  • Solid understanding of key digital marketing metrics and performance analysis.
  • Strong analytical mindset and confidence in using spreadsheets and dashboards.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisational, and communication skills.
