C&C Search is currently recruiting a Centre and Community Manager!

Hours: 5 days in, Full time 9-6pm (flexi hours alongside one other staff member)

Location: Central London

Centre & Community Manager Duties:

  • Operational excellence, facilities, team leadership, HR support, client relationship management, finance support, reporting, communications, contract administration.
  • High level customer service to support client needs.
  • Taking ownership of the revenue, budgeting and P&L, billings, debt chasing.
  • Health & Safety, make improvements and operational efficiencies.
  • Deal with client contracts, T&Cs and manage system requests.
  • Facilities management oversee tendering processes.
  • Basic HR functions.
  • Support events and community arrangements for the building.
  • Line managing an Assistant Community Centre Manager.

About you:

  • 5 years' experience in front of house position.
  • Line management experience is required.
  • Ability to deal with competing priorities, highly organised.
  • Experience within a fast-paced environment.
  • Can do attitude, energetic and motivational leadership style.
  • Experience with P&L and Budgets, but not essential.
