C&C Search is currently recruiting an Investor Relations Executive to join the Retail Investor Relations team of a leading investment management business based in London.
This is an excellent opportunity for a client-focused Investor Relations Executive with experience in financial services, customer service, client relations or investment administration. You will provide a high-quality service to retail investors and financial advisers, responding to enquiries by telephone and email while supporting the administration of a well-established portfolio of tax-efficient investment products.

Hybrid set up: Fully office based for 1st 6 months, then 4/1

Key responsibilities for this position:
- Respond accurately and efficiently to enquiries from retail investors and financial advisers by telephone and email, working within agreed service-level agreements
- Complete investment administration processes from start to finish, including investor transfers, redemptions and exits
- Support investors and advisers with queries relating to the investor portal
- Assist with investor communications, including valuations, reports, factsheets and dividend announcements
- Support the Retail Sales team and attend occasional client meetings, investor events and engagement activities
- Develop specialist product knowledge while identifying opportunities to improve service, efficiency, retention and the overall investor experience
What background and experience are the company looking for?
- A minimum of 12m-18m experience in a client-facing, customer service, investor relations or administration role
- Experience within financial services, investment management, wealth management, banking or professional services would be advantageous
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence handling telephone and email enquiries
- Strong organisational skills, accuracy and the ability to plan, prioritise and manage a varied workload
- A collaborative and proactive approach, with an interest in improving processes and client service
