This Business Services Coordinator role offers exceptional exposure across travel management, events, office operations and business support, working within a collaborative and supportive team at the heart of the business.

Position:

Business Services Coordinator | 12-month temporary contract

Salary:

£154-£173 per day + holiday pay [£40,000 - £45,000 per annum]

Hybrid set up:

Fully office based, 5 days per week in Paddington | 8.30am - 5.30pm

Key responsibilities for this Business Services Coordinator position:

  • Managing complex international travel bookings and itineraries for employees and senior stakeholders
  • Identifying opportunities for efficiencies and cost savings across the business
  • Supporting the coordination and delivery of internal and external events
  • Assisting with company town halls, meetings and engagement activities
  • Coordinating meeting room bookings, set-up and logistics
  • Managing visitor access, security passes and reception-related processes
  • Organising catering requirements for meetings, events and office activities
  • Maintaining office supplies, stationery and pantry management
  • Supporting facilities management, suppliers and day-to-day office operations
  • Partnering closely with IT and other internal teams to ensure smooth office running
  • Assisting with office growth and expansion initiatives
  • Acting as a professional ambassador for the organisation both internally and externally

What background and experience are the company looking for?

  • Previous experience in a Business Services Coordinator, Office Coordinator, Workplace Coordinator, Office Manager, Facilities Coordinator, Team Assistant or Operations Coordinator role
  • Strong experience managing travel bookings and coordinating international travel arrangements
  • Experience working within a professional corporate environment is highly desirable
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the confidence to engage at all levels
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused approach
  • Comfortable working autonomously and managing multiple priorities
  • Positive, approachable and collaborative personality
  • Willingness to take ownership and roll up your sleeves in a hands-on environment
  • Strong communication skills and confidence asking questions when required
  • Experience supporting events, meetings and office operations would be advantageous
