Digital Marketing Manager in Bournemouth

C&C Search is currently recruiting a Digital Performance Manager for a fast-growing, international lead-generation/events business, offering excellent exposure, hybrid working and the opportunity to take ownership of digital performance across a global portfolio.

Position: Digital Performance Manager – working closely with the Marketing Director and cross-functional event teams

Salary: £40,000 + discretionary bonus

Hybrid set up:2–3 days in the office, remainder working from home

Key responsibilities for this Digital Performance Manager position:

• Drive performance across PPC, SEO, websites, landing pages and digital campaigns
• Optimise UX, website quality and CMS performance across multiple sites
• Analyse performance using GA4, SEMRush and ad platforms to deliver insight
• Manage digital projects, testing, optimisation and continuous improvement
• Support and mentor junior team members

What background and experience are the company looking for?

• 2–3 years’ experience as a Digital Performance Manager or similar digital marketing role
• Graduate or graduate calibre, essential
• Strong PPC, SEO and website optimisation experience
• Confident using GA4, SEMRush and paid media platforms
• WordPress CMS experience (Elementor and ACF preferred)
• Analytical, proactive and highly organised
