The Role

  • Supporting senior stakeholders and the wider team, responsibilities include:
  • Diary, meeting and travel coordination
  • Supporting governance and regulatory cycles
  • Coordinating board and committee meetings
  • Preparing agendas, board packs and meeting materials
  • Taking accurate meeting minutes and tracking actions
  • Supporting operational projects and business initiatives
  • Acting as a key point of coordination across teams
  • Managing administrative processes and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Supporting stakeholder communications and team activities

Who We're Looking For

  • Previous experience as a Team Assistant, Team Coordinator, Business Coordinator, Operations Coordinator or similar
  • Experience within Alternative Investments, Investment Management, Financial Services or FinTech
  • Strong experience supporting governance processes, committees, board meetings, board packs and governance cycles
  • Proven minute-taking experience, ideally within a regulated environment
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
  • Proactive, resourceful and able to manage competing priorities
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Someone who enjoys bringing structure and organisation to a growing business
