C&C Search is currently recruiting a temporary Team Assistant within a people orientated Private Equity firm, based in London. This Team Assistant role offers exceptional benefits, great culture and a company that values their staff, evident in the very low staff turnover.
Position: Team Assistant - supporting a team of 4 VPs and Associates. Working alongside an Executive Assistant within this team. Office based role.
Salary: £20 p/h
Hybrid: 4/1

Key responsibilities:
- Manage extensive diary and travel arrangements for a team of professionals
- Organise itineraries and ensure streamlined calendar management for efficient scheduling
- Proactively handle emails, correspondence and queries
- Manage expense reports and reimbursement processes
- Screen calls, distribute correspondence and ensure efficient communication flow
- Facilitate meetings by preparing documents and relevant materials
- Support other administrative colleagues as a collaborative team member
What background and experience are the company looking for?
- Stable and loyal work history to date
- Open to someone earlier in their career, with experience of supporting a team
- Team Assistant experience, within financial or professional services
- Worked in a demanding and very fast paced environment
- Experienced with arranging international travel, calendar management (Microsoft Outlook) and MS Office packages
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional presentation
- Highly articulate communication skills (verbal and written)
- Exceptional organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work calmly under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Proactive approach and ability to work with limited guidance
- Willingness to check and respond to emails outside of office hours when required
