C&C Search is currently recruiting a Team Administrator / Junior PA to join an impressive global financial services organisation based in London. Key responsibilities for this Team Administrator position
- Provide full administrative and secretarial support to the team.
- Coordinate complex diaries and multi–time‑zone meetings across internal and external stakeholders.
- Arrange international travel, logistics, itineraries, and prepare meeting documents.
- Manage expenses and general correspondence with precision and discretion.
- Assist with preparing and editing PowerPoint presentations and other documents.
- Support investor reporting activities, tracking deadlines and coordinating inputs.
- Maintain organised filing systems and version control for all reporting documents.
- Help prepare and format marketing and investor materials, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate lunches/dinners, quarterly catch‑ups, and ad‑hoc meetings.
- Liaise with global offices to organise meeting rooms and travel‑related arrangements.
- Provide support on ad‑hoc projects and holiday cover when required.
- Uphold health & safety, compliance, and risk management standards.
