  • Managing complex and ever-changing diaries for a busy team of bankers, prioritising meetings and scheduling effectively
  • Coordinating European and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodation, transport and visa requirements
  • Acting as a key point of contact for bankers whilst travelling and ensuring seamless support at all times
  • Organising meetings, conference calls and stakeholder engagement across multiple time zones
  • Processing expenses accurately and within deadlines
  • Preparing presentations, managing confidential documentation and supporting day-to-day business operations
  • Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Working closely with another Team Assistant to provide collaborative support and seamless team coverage
  • Anticipating team needs, resolving issues proactively and managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
