What would I be doing day to day?
- Work closely with the Talent team to align consultant skills and availability with project requirements
- Stay informed about upcoming projects and staffing needs and ensure consultants are assigned to projects, proposals, and sales development activities
- Partner with the Consultants to understand requirements and goals for various projects
- Communicate with Senior stakeholders, providing clarity on processes
- Collaborate with Global counterparts to manage international staffing requests
- Generate weekly updates on staffing to track processes and needs
- Participate in Career Development meetings
