C&C Search is currently recruiting a Senior Executive Assistant at board level within a global private equity firm, based in London’s West End. Key Responsibilities:
- Complex diary management and scheduling for four senior executives at board level
- International travel coordination including flights, accommodation and itineraries
- Full board and committee meeting management including preparation, logistics and follow‑up
- Act as a key liaison between Company Secretariat, Investor Relations and wider stakeholders
- Support senior executives with day‑to‑day administrative and business support
- Opportunity to travel with the executives a couple of times per year
Qualifications: The successful Senior Executive Assistant will have proven experience supporting senior or board level executives, ideally within private equity, financial services or a similarly fast‑paced professional environment. Exceptional attention to detail, a proactive and confident approach, and a genuine enjoyment of complex diary and travel management are essential. Strong communication skills, discretion and the ability to build trusted relationships at senior level are required. Excellent Microsoft Office skills and a calm, solutions‑focused mindset are essential.
Salary & Benefits: Salary £65,000 to £70,000 baseline salary plus an excellent bonus and benefits package. Hybrid setup: three to four days per week in the office.
