C&C Search is currently recruiting an Operations & Supply Chain Executive for a highly regarded consumer brand, offering an immediate start, hybrid working and a fantastic opportunity to join a busy and collaborative operations team based in Holborn. This Temporary Operations Support role is ideal for a detail-focused administrator with strong SAP and Excel skills who can hit the ground running and make an immediate impact.
Salary: £16 per hour + holiday pay
Hybrid set up: 3 days in the Holborn office, 2 days working from home

Key responsibilities for this position:
- Managing orders, sales administration and returns through SAP
- Maintaining accurate operational records and ensuring data accuracy at all times
- Producing reports and analysing data using advanced Excel functions including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables
- Supporting the Operations team with daily administrative activities
- Investigating and resolving order queries efficiently
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth operational processes
- Providing proactive administrative support across the wider team
What background and experience are the company looking for?
- Previous administration experience within a busy office environment
- Strong SAP experience, including managing orders, returns and sales administration
