C&C Search is currently recruiting an Office Assistant for a highly successful asset management firm in the heart of Mayfair. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established business with a friendly support team, on an ongoing temporary basis.
Position: Office Assistant – Ongoing Temporary Assignment
Salary: ÂŁ18 per hour + holiday
Hours: 10:00 – 18:00 (with flexibility for 08:30 – 16:30 shifts), including a 1-hour lunch break
Hybrid set up: Office-based in Mayfair

Key responsibilities for this Office Assistant position:
- Professionally handling calls and messages
- Meeting and greeting clients and visitors, ensuring a polished front-of-house experience
- Coordinating couriers, post, and special deliveries
- Ordering and maintaining office supplies (groceries, stationery, kitchen stock)
- Supporting facilities management, compliance checks, and contractor liaison
- Processing supplier invoices and assisting with expenses via Expensify
- Supporting EAs with travel bookings, diary management, and meetings
- Coordinating meeting rooms and ensuring they are well-prepared
- Assisting with onboarding of new staff and company events
- Providing general administrative support and ad hoc project assistance
