C&C Search is currently recruiting a detail‑driven HR Professional for a project‑based role within an energy company, based in Knightsbridge, offering an immediate start, full‑time office working and excellent exposure within a collaborative HR team.

Position Details

  • Position: HR Administrator – project‑based HRIS tidy‑up role supporting a small HR team
  • Salary: £16.83 per hour (equivalent to £35,000)
  • Hybrid set up: 5 days in the office

You would be working closely with a lovely three‑person HR team who are approachable, knowledgeable and keen to ensure the HR Administrator is fully supported throughout the project. Key Responsibilities

  • Review and audit existing employee files across the HR drive, CharlieHR and Microsoft SharePoint
  • Organise, label and standardise employee documentation in line with HR data retention policies
  • Prepare, cleanse and upload employee records into the new HRIS system
  • Ensure all migrated documentation is accurate, complete and correctly categorised
  • Identify discrepancies, missing information or errors within employee records
  • Support the HR team with a full HRIS tidy‑up project and documentation clean‑up
  • Create clear guidance notes on the updated HR filing structure for future reference

Qualifications and Experience

  • HR experience as an Assistant, Coordinator or similar
  • Previous exposure to HRIS systems or digital filing systems
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to spot inconsistencies
  • Tech savvy with systems experience & AI knowledge
  • Highly organised and comfortable working through large volumes of documentation
  • Confident handling confidential and sensitive employee information
  • Enjoys project‑based work and is able to hit the ground running in an HR Administrator role

This HR Administrator role is initially a two‑week assignment, with the potential for extension, starting in June. Working hours are 9:00am to 5:30pm, with flexibility available such as 8:00am to 4:30pm or 10:00am to 6:30pm.
