Overview
We are partnering with a leading global management consulting organisation to appoint a Senior Manager-level Talent Partner on a 12-month fixed term contract. The key purpose of this role is managing capacity planning and collaborating with various teams to ensure effective staffing and development opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Strategic partner and trusted advisor to key stakeholders
- Drive and manage capacity planning including pipeline, working closely with the Analytics function
- Act as a strategic partner to your assigned stakeholders on all people topics and as the first point of contact for all queries on People-related topics
- Work with your key stakeholders to jointly own career development and performance assessments
- Work with recruiters to ensure specific staffing needs
- Work with People Analytics team to share data and support on key strategic talent pipeline, development and succession planning
- Work collaboratively with your teams across talent to shape common approaches to the responsibilities outlined above
- Prepare analyses and reports, e.g. performance reporting
