The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
The purpose of the role is to play an important role in shaping and leading total reward priorities, and delivering total reward solutions which support both colleagues and strategic business aspirations. You will be accountable for owning and delivering customer‐centric and inclusive policies and frameworks which align with our wider aspirations to transform reward.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver the full Remuneration Committee annual cycle, including agenda planning and paper production
- Lead preparation of high-quality RemCo materials in a UK‐listed governance context
- Advise senior stakeholders on executive reward strategy and market positioning
- Deliver executive benchmarking and reward insight
- Support and shape total reward philosophy and annual pay review strategy
- Design and enhance incentive and reward frameworks aligned to business priorities
- Lead reward policy development and continuous improvement
- Analyse and present reward market data to support policy and incentive decisions
- Partner across HR and business functions to implement reward policy initiatives
- Drive understanding and engagement with reward frameworks across stakeholder groups
