We are partnering with a leading executive search firm that seeks a high‑calibre Researcher to support Partners, Directors, and Associate Directors across retained mandates, talent mapping, sourcing, and delivery.

This role contributes to the full search lifecycle and includes:

  • Supporting retained pitches with market intelligence and talent mapping.
  • Conducting in‑depth research into markets, organisations, and candidate pools.
  • Managing sourcing activity across LinkedIn Projects and other platforms.
  • Screening candidates using assessment tools.
  • Preparing high‑quality briefing materials and candidate reports.
  • Representing the firm professionally in client‑facing situations.
  • Working closely with senior stakeholders across the business.

Candidate Profile:

  • Degree‑educated or similar.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong research capability.
  • Ambition to progress within executive search.
  • Highly desirable—additional language(s).
