Position: Part Time Receptionist (Salary: £35,000 pro rata, Hybrid set up: Thursdays and Fridays)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming visitors and managing reception in a professional and friendly manner
  • Handling incoming calls and directing enquiries appropriately
  • Managing meeting room bookings, set up, and upkeep
  • Coordinating post, couriers, and deliveries
  • Maintaining reception, kitchen, and meeting areas to a high standard
  • Supporting basic administrative and office tasks
  • Assisting with visitor access and security processes
