Position: Personal Assistant – supporting Partners within a growing advisory business
Salary: £45,000- £55,000 (dependent on experience)
Hybrid set-up: 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home

Key responsibilities for this position:
- Full diary management for Partners
- Global travel coordination and complex scheduling
- Preparation of documents, reports and presentations
- Inbox management and professional communication support
- Expense management and reconciliation
- Recruitment administration, including screening high volumes of CVs, maintaining trackers, liaising with internal stakeholders and providing feedback to recruiters
- Supporting internal and external events, including socials, private dining and senior leadership events
- Handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Providing general support to a Senior Executive Assistant and wider team
