C&C Search is currently recruiting a part-time Executive Assistant to the CEO for an intelligence and investigations firm.
Position: Part‐Time Executive Assistant to the CEO (20–25 hours per week)
Salary: Competitive
Hybrid set up: Remote/In Office when required in Liverpool Street area

Key responsibilities for this Executive Assistant position:
- Complex diary and calendar management for the CEO, including prioritisation and coordination across time zones.
- Travel arrangements (itineraries, visas where needed), event and conference registrations, and related logistics.
- Contact management and stakeholder liaison with clients and senior external partners.
- Event planning and coordination for industry conferences and internal gatherings.
- Bookkeeping support (e.g., invoicing, expenses, VAT tracking) in partnership with the finance function.
- Office management (supplies, vendors, meeting rooms) to keep a small, high‐performing team running smoothly.
- Discreet personal administrative support for the CEO where appropriate.
What background and experience are the company looking for?
- Proven Executive Assistant experience supporting C‐suite/senior leaders in fast‐paced, high‐standards environments (e.g., legal, private equity, boutique professional services, corporate or start‐up).
- Exceptionally organised, proactive, and able to exercise sound judgement with sensitive information.
- Strong communication skills and confidence liaising with senior external stakeholders and clients.
- Solid grounding in diary management, travel logistics, and event coordination.
- Comfortable with light bookkeeping tasks (invoicing, expenses, VAT) and MS Office/Teams; familiarity with CRMs is advantageous.
- High attention to detail and a self‐starter mindset; calm under pressure and adaptable to changing priorities.
- Strong academic background; a top‐tier degree is advantageous.
