C&C Search is currently recruiting an Operations Executive for a highly regarded financial services firm, based in London Bridge. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a collaborative team, taking ownership of client onboarding, compliance administration, KYC processes and operational excellence. This Operations Executive role is perfect for someone who thrives in a process-driven environment and enjoys improving procedures and delivering outstanding operational support.
Salary: £33,000 - £37,000 DOE
Hybrid set up: 5 days a week in the London Bridge office (non-negotiable). Flexible hours available, including compressed hours such as 10am-3pm.

Key responsibilities for this Operations Executive position:
- Coordinate client onboarding processes and ensure all relevant information is accurately processed and maintained
- Conduct KYC and compliance administration activities, monitoring progress and escalating where required
- Arrange and coordinate client compliance meetings, preparing agendas and supporting documentation
- Manage compliance information requests and monitor completion across client portfolios
- Support the review and administration of client monitoring information
- Prepare and distribute annual certification and compliance documentation
- Coordinate investment committee meetings and manage associated administration
- Ensure templates, approvals, documentation and records are accurately maintained and filed
- Support the COO and wider leadership team with operational and administrative processes
- Maintain internal records and assist with invoicing administration
- Track actions arising from board, operations and onboarding committee meetings
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, arranging meetings and providing exceptional service
What background and experience are the company looking for?
