C&C Search is currently recruiting an Executive Team Assistant / Office Coordinator for a highly regarded, international investment business within the life sciences sector. This is an exceptional opportunity offering broad responsibility, exposure to senior stakeholders, a collaborative culture, excellent benefits and a hybrid working set up, based in a prestigious London office.
Position: Providing proactive support to Investor Relations and investment teams, while taking full ownership of office coordination and facilities within a London office environment.
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000
Hybrid set up: 4/1

- Managing office suppliers, building management, health and safety processes and facilities schedules
- Supporting Investor Relations and investment teams with presentations, documentation, meeting materials and internal processes
What background and experience are the company looking for?
- Proven experience as an Executive Team Assistant / Office Coordinator, Team Assistant, Office Coordinator or similar role
- Strong background supporting senior stakeholders within financial services, professional services or a fast-paced corporate environment
- Exceptional diary management, organisational and coordination skills
- High attention to detail, proactive mindset and a hands-on approach
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
