Position

Team Assistant - supporting a team of 4 VPs and Associates. Working alongside an Executive Assistant within this team. Office based role.

Salary

Up to £45,000 + generous bonus, lunch allowance, great pension, private healthcare, wellness budget, season ticket loan.

Key responsibilities for this Team Assistant position

  • Manage extensive diary and travel arrangements for a team of professionals
  • Organise itineraries and ensure streamlined calendar management for efficient scheduling
  • Proactively handle emails, correspondence, and queries
  • Manage expense reports and reimbursement processes
  • Screen calls, distribute correspondence, and ensure efficient communication flow
