C&C Search is currently recruiting an Executive Assistant to three Senior Executives within a global private equity & infrastructure investment firm, London‐based, with exceptional benefits, five days in office, and the chance to partner closely with senior leadership in a high‐growth, purpose‐driven environment.
Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 + competitive bonus

Key responsibilities for this Executive Assistant to three Senior Executives position:
- Provide high‐level Executive Assistant support to three Senior Executives: complex diary management, gatekeeping and stakeholder liaison across a dynamic, global team
- Coordinate end‐to‐end international travel: multi‐leg itineraries, accommodation, visas and passports; anticipate changes and resolve conflicts swiftly
- Prepare and process expenses accurately and on time; uphold travel & expense policy compliance across the senior team
- Organise internal/external meetings, offsites and training sessions; manage agendas, materials and logistics; maintain meticulous calendars
- Draft and format board/committee papers, presentations and reports; upload documents for signature via DocuSign
- Support wider office operations: onboarding hardware requests, mobile provisioning, vendor invoicing and subscription management; collaborate closely with admin, hospitality and finance teams
- Contribute to the Social Committee to deliver high‐quality events that reinforce a positive, inclusive culture
Throughout, you'll operate as an Executive Assistant to three Senior Executives, acting as a trusted partner and proactive problem‐solver in a high‐performance environment. This role demands superb judgement, discretion and relationship‐building.
What background and experience are the company looking for?
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, PA or Team Assistant supporting senior leaders — ideally in investment, financial or professional services
