C&C Search is currently recruiting for an exceptional temp to perm Executive Assistant to support within a leading investment firm. Based in beautiful central London offices, this is an exciting opportunity to work alongside an inspiring team in a dynamic and fast‐paced environment.
Salary: up to £50,000‐£65,000 (depending on experience)
Hybrid set‐up: Office‐based 4 days per week, 1 day working from home

Key responsibilities for this position:
- Provide administrative support to 4 executives
- Coordinate complex international diaries and schedule meetings across multiple time zones
- Arrange global travel including flights, accommodation, transfers, and visa preparation
- Manage and reconcile expenses in a timely and accurate manner
- Organise client and internal hospitality: book restaurants, source venues for meetings and events
- Occasionally assist with formatting documents, preparing presentations, and coordinating logistics for team projects
What background and experience the company is looking for:
- You will need to be on short notice, or immediately available
- Prior experience supporting a team, in a Team Assistant, PA or EA role ideally from financial or professional services
- Confident dealing with senior leadership and external stakeholders
- Ability to anticipate needs and take initiative
- Ability to juggle multiple demands while staying calm, focused and efficient
- High proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- A discreet, trustworthy team player with a professional and approachable manner
