Compensation and work arrangement:
Salary: £35,000-£40,000 (DoE). Hybrid set up: 3 days in the office / 2 from home.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and enhancing CRM data quality, ensuring accurate and up‑to‑date records to support marketing and business development activity – 70% of the role.
- Monitoring and improving data integrity through clean‑up exercises, duplicate resolution, and ongoing data governance.
- Producing monthly data health reports, tracking key metrics and trends across multiple markets.
- Collaborating closely with marketing teams on campaign lists, audience segmentation, and priority client tracking.
- Conducting research via tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator to enrich and validate contact data.
- Supporting end‑to‑end event operations, including invitations, communications, response tracking, and logistics for both in‑person and virtual events.
- Assisting with event‑related financial processes such as purchase orders and invoice management.
- Supporting stakeholder engagement by promoting CRM best practices and delivering user training sessions.
- Assisting with contact acquisition and ongoing data maintenance following events and meetings.
- Coordinating global data and marketing technology updates, including preparing materials, taking notes, and tracking actions from meetings.
Required Experience and Skills:
- Immediately available for an ongoing temporary assignment.
- 2+ years’ experience in CRM, with exposure to marketing, communications, business development, research, or data‑focused roles within a fast‑paced organisation.
- Strong experience working with CRM systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics or similar, and email marketing tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Confident managing multiple priorities with strong organisational and time‑management skills.
- Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis and formula use.
- Experience using tools such as Canva to create engaging materials.
- Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders in a professional environment.
- Additional knowledge of data querying or programming (e.g. SQL, HTML) is advantageous but not essential.
