C&C Search is currently recruiting a highly organised and proactive Junior Operations Associate to support a fast‑paced private family office. This role would suit someone with strong administrative and operational support experience, ideally from a PA, house management, operations or yachting background, who thrives on variety and takes pride in delivering work to a high standard.
Position: Junior Operations Associate
Salary: £35,000 - £50,000
Hybrid set up: Fully office based

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate property maintenance, including site visits, quotes and contractor liaison
- Source, contact and compare suppliers and vendors, presenting clear summaries
- Support travel logistics by requesting options and producing clear itineraries
- Conduct research into suppliers, products and services with recommendations
- Build and maintain Excel trackers for properties, costs, staffing and schedules
- Track projects, events and operational timelines, flagging delays and actions
- Prepare presentations and documents to a high professional standard
- Provide administrative support including diary management, scheduling and rotas
Background and Experience:
- Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel (intermediate to advanced), Word and PowerPoint
- Confident, professional communicator with strong common sense
- Proactive, can‑do attitude and comfortable working independently
- Calm under pressure with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Discreet, trustworthy and comfortable operating in a private client environment
- Previous experience in a PA, house management, operations support or similar role preferred
