C&C Search is currently recruiting an Investor Relations Analyst to work for a well‑established global private equity advisory firm based in Central London.

You’ll join a high‑performing Investor Relations team that partners closely with global stakeholders to deliver first‑class fundraising support, seamless due‑diligence management, and thoughtful, on‑brand investor communications. Position: Investor Relations Analyst

Salary: To ÂŁ70000 Base salary (some flexibility for candidates with Associate level experience)

Key responsibilities

  • Own and project‑manage core fundraising workstreams, ensuring timelines, stakeholders and deliverables stay tightly coordinated.
  • Lead the intake, tracking and completion of LP due‑diligence requests (DDQs/RFPs), maintaining spotless records and version control.
  • Manage the data room end‑to‑end (structure, permissions, access), and create/organise documents to a best‑in‑class standard.
  • Craft clear, accurate responses to both straightforward and sophisticated investor queries, drawing on a strong grasp of the PE model.
  • Assist with presentation development and content creation for investor materials and meetings.
  • Partner cross‑functionally with IR colleagues and wider teams on ad‑hoc analysis and day‑to‑day IR activity, often across multiple time zones.

What background and experience are the company looking for?

  • Undergraduate or Master’s degree.
  • Experience within private equity (IR/Investor Services/Client Services) or a placement agent; direct fundraise exposure is a plus.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and written English; advanced MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Strong project/time management with the ability to prioritise and work independently in a high‑tempo setting.
  • Team‑oriented mindset and composure under pressure.
