C&C Search is currently recruiting an Executive Assistant for a market-leading Executive Search and Financial Services advisory environment, supporting a senior Partner. This is an exceptional opportunity for a polished, warm and highly personable Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Position: Executive Assistant supporting a senior Partner

Salary: £58,000 - £63,000 depending on experience plus bonus and excellent benefits

Hybrid set up: Hybrid working - 3 days in the office, 2 from home

Key responsibilities:

  • Providing right-hand Executive Assistant support to a senior Partner within the Financial Services and Real Estate practice.
  • Complex diary management across multiple time zones and international stakeholders.
  • Coordinating candidate and client interviews, meetings and extensive travel arrangements.
  • Managing end-to-end search administration and project coordination.
  • Preparing, formatting and proofreading high-quality client documents and presentations.
  • Building strong relationships with clients, candidates and senior stakeholders.
  • Supporting with expenses, invoicing, reporting and business administration.
  • Acting as a key point of contact for senior-level clients and candidates.
  • Supporting business development activity, meetings and events across the UK and Europe.
  • Managing confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Assisting with wider team support and contributing to a collaborative office culture.

Background and experience:

  • Previous Executive Assistant experience within Executive Search is essential, ideally supporting senior level, with solid experience.
  • Looking for someone with personality – confident, warm and personable communication style with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and strong project coordination abilities.
  • Comfortable working within a fast-paced, high-performing and client-facing environment.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly a love for PowerPoint.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with excellent judgement and discretion.
  • Someone engaging and confident who enjoys working closely with people at all levels.
  • Experience managing complex diaries, travel and stakeholder coordination at senior level.
