Key responsibilities for this position:
- Complex Diary Management – Manage multiple, conflicting priorities with foresight and precision
- Business Development Support – Contribute to client relationship management and revenue tracking
- Travel Coordination – Organise complex international and domestic travel itineraries
- Project Support – Manage schedules, meetings, and milestones, Support project tracking (expenses, travel, deliverables)
- Team & Project Assistance – Document preparation, expenses, minute-taking
- Client Database Management – Maintain accurate records in line with GDPR
- Knowledge Management – Catalogue documents on internal systems
