The Role

  • Acting as an extension of a senior leader – managing diary, inbox and shifting priorities with precision
  • Owning time strategy, ensuring focus is aligned to high-impact work
  • Driving projects forward proactively, not just coordinating
  • Acting as a central connector across teams, ensuring clarity and momentum
  • Supporting high-profile events, travel and external engagements
  • Operating with autonomy, judgement and pace in a dynamic setting
