Are you a proactive and highly organised Executive Assistant looking for your next challenge in a fast-paced, collaborative environment? We’re working with a global leader in strategy consulting to find a polished, professional EA to support a group of senior Partners and Managing Directors across London and European offices. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing team and play a pivotal role in enabling the success of top-level executives.

The Role: This full-time, 12-month FTC will see you acting as a trusted right hand to your stakeholders, managing complex schedules, coordinating high-volume global travel and acting as gatekeeper to maximise their efficiency. You'll work closely with other EAs and internal teams to ensure projects and operations run smoothly across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complex diary and inbox management, often across multiple time zones
  • Coordinating global travel and logistics, including visas and itineraries
  • Preparing and submitting detailed expenses and timesheets
  • Supporting client relationship management and contact tracking
  • Managing internal and external communications with discretion
  • Assisting with events, team activities and Practice Area (PA) coordination
  • Collaborating with other support professionals to ensure consistency and coverage

About You: You’ll bring first-class organisational skills, a calm and solutions-focused approach and a naturally collaborative style. You’re confident navigating ambiguity, working independently when needed and comfortable liaising with senior stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Proven EA experience in a demanding, fast-paced, client-facing environment
  • Impressive communication skills and emotional intelligence
  • Strong MS Office skills, especially Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • A proactive mindset, sound judgement and professional polish
  • Fluent written and spoken English (Dutch/French an advantage for wider team coverage)
