Key Responsibilities
- Provide EA support to four senior partners, including complex diary management and meeting coordination.
- Arrange travel, prepare presentations and support documentation.
- Act as a central point of contact within the office to ensure smooth day to day operations.
- Manage company credit card reconciliations, expenses, invoices and supplier coordination.
- Oversee office management duties: ordering supplies, maintaining shared spaces and liaising with providers.
- Support team events, off sites and occasional international roadshows.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience as an EA, Team Assistant or Office Manager supporting senior stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage varied responsibilities simultaneously.
- Proactive, hands on approach with a willingness to get involved across all aspects of the role.
- Confident communicator with a warm and approachable style.
- High attention to detail and naturally organised way of working.
- Comfortable working in a smaller team environment where flexibility and collaboration are key.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and overall technical confidence.
