This is a fast-paced, high-impact role offering an exceptional opportunity to work at the heart of one of the firm’s most visible and influential teams. The role requires a committed, commercially aware, and collaborative EA who thrives under pressure and loves managing the unpredictable.
The Role:
- Complex diary management with constant last-minute changes
- Extensive international travel coordination
- Inbox support, meeting preparation, and stakeholder liaison
- Supporting the prioritisation of key Investor Relations activities
- Building a deep understanding of the IR team’s objectives and working closely with her right-hand person
- Working as part of a collegiate, collaborative team culture
Who You Are:
- An exceptional EA with strong and solid years in senior-level 1:1 or 1:2 support
- Experienced in financial services – ideally Private Equity, Asset Management, or Investment Banking
- Calm, flexible, and thrives when spinning multiple plates
- Naturally curious and commercially minded – keen to understand business priorities and get ahead of them
- Proactive, unflappable, and a genuine team player
- Comfortable working 4–5 days per week in a fast-paced office environment
- Prior Investor Relations experience is not essential – what matters most is strong EA capability, a solutions-focused mindset, and the desire to add real value in a complex and constantly evolving landscape.
