C&C Search is currently recruiting a business (70%) and private EA to support the CEO and Managing Partner of a prestigious executive search firm based in London. They operate within the luxury market, working closely with UHNW clients and Family Offices.

Position: EA to CEO & Managing Partner
Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 DOE + bonus
Hybrid set up: 5 days in office
Benefits: Bonus, private healthcare, pension, unlimited holiday

Key responsibilities for this EA to CEO & Managing Partner position:
- Managing complex diaries across multiple international time zones
- Coordinating extensive international travel with detailed itineraries, transfers, hotels etc.
- Preparing meeting packs, briefings and executive documentation
- Organising client events, dinners, gifting, invitations etc.
- Managing expenses, CRM systems and all admin
- Private PA duties
What background and experience are the company looking for?
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant within executive search, private equity, family office or UHNW/luxury
- Strong attention to detail with a service led, thoughtful and always striving for excellence attitude
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- High EQ with a confident and positive approach, always willing to go the extra mile
- Tech savvy: Microsoft, SharePoint and AI
