C&C Search is currently recruiting an Executive Assistant for a highly regarded investment business operating in a professional, collaborative and high‑performance environment. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well‑established organization in a traditional Executive Assistant and office support role. Offering hybrid working and highly desirable hours (flexibility required), this position will suit an experienced EA who enjoys providing seamless, day‑to‑day support to senior stakeholders within a discreet and fast‑paced environment.
Salary: £60,000 - £65,000
Hybrid set up: 2 days WFH
Benefits: 25 days holiday + PMI + Pension

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high‑quality, confidential traditional EA support to senior executives
- Extensive diary management, travel coordination and meeting organisation
- Stakeholder management and relationship building
- Work closely in wider EA team
- Organise internal and external meetings and events as required
- Support onboarding processes and wider office coordination activities
- Assist with the smooth running of the office
- Handle ad‑hoc administrative projects

- Proven EA experience supporting senior executives in a corporate environment that is very fast paced
- Highly organised with impeccable attention to detail
